Return & Refund Policy

At Suvidha Sarees India Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted only in cases where the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by sharing proper photos or unboxing proof. Products that have been used, altered, customized, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
